Your project information.

When you submit an inquiry, we store the name, contact details, project information and selected catalog references you provide. Knopp Construction uses these details to review and respond to your request. The single scheduled delivery service is configured to forward owner copies to knoppconstruction@yahoo.com and farmersurplus@gmail.com. A saved website reference confirms storage, not delivery to either inbox.

The form does not take payment. Please do not include payment-card numbers, passwords or other sensitive information. Contact knoppconstruction@yahoo.com to ask about your inquiry information or request its removal.

Optional text acknowledgment

Customer text messages require a separate, unchecked opt-in on the inquiry form and a phone number. If you opt in before text delivery is activated, the preference is stored with the inquiry for team review, but no text is sent. Future service-related messages must honor opt-out requests. Staff alert destinations are not customer sending numbers.

Saved lists and drafts

Equipment quote lists and package favorites are stored in your browser. If you choose Save draft, the bounded inquiry draft is saved on that device for up to 30 days or until you submit or discard it. Consent checkboxes are not restored. These browser features are not a shared account and do not transfer automatically to another device.

Video and social content

When you load YouTube videos or the Facebook feed, those services handle their own content and may use cookies or similar technologies under their own privacy policies.

Form protection

The site stores a daily hash of the network address with an inquiry to limit repeated submissions. It does not store the raw network address in the inquiry record. Inquiry records are not publicly accessible.
